How to Find and Purchase Live Bait

You can find live bait in the fishing section of the Sporting Goods Department at your local Blain’s Farm & Fleet. Just look for the lighted DMF Bait coolers. If you need any help finding them or have any questions, one of our friendly and knowledgeable associates would be happy to assist you.

Most of our store locations carry nightcrawlers, red worms, and wax worms. However, leeches are only available at these select store locations: Janesville, Watertown, Waukesha, Chippewa Falls, Madison, La Crosse, Baraboo, Verona, Dubuque, Jackson, Portage, Traverse City, Holland, Standale, and Grafton.

Stock levels can vary based on demand. Call your local store to confirm availability of your preferred live bait.

Once you’ve purchased your live bait, make sure you follow the storage instructions on the packaging if you won’t be using it immediately.
