Description

Zinsser High Hide Cover Stain High Hide Oil-Based Primer is a high solids, low VOC primer designed for interior and exterior surfaces where oil-based performance is desired. The formula combines excellent adhesion, flexibility, and stain blocking power for reliable performance on a variety of surfaces. It adheres to dense glossy surfaces such as enamel paints, varnishes, paneling, laminates, and ceramic tile without sanding or deglossing. The high hiding finish effectively blocks stains while helping create a smooth, sandable surface for topcoat application. High Hide Cover-Stain is recommended for surfaces damaged by fire, smoke, or water and is excellent for sealing tannin bleed on cedar and redwood.
