It cures quickly with a tack-free time of approximately three hours at room temperature to help keep projects moving. The moisture-insensitive system can be applied to damp surfaces and even used in water immersion applications. Compatible with Rust-Oleum, EpoxyShield, and RockSolid concrete coatings, it creates a durable repair ready for top coating.
