Rust-Oleum Concrete and Garage Clear Finish Floor Topcoat is a water-based acrylic protective coating designed to seal and protect concrete floors while enhancing durability and appearance. Formulated for use on interior and exterior concrete surfaces, it is ideal for garages, carports, driveways, basements, porches, patios, walkways, and pool decks. The clear finish resists damage from hot tires, motor oil, grease, gasoline, weather, and UV exposure, helping prevent peeling and fading over time. This versatile topcoat can be applied directly over bare concrete or used as a protective clear finish over one-part epoxy floor coatings to extend their life and performance. Available in gloss, matte, and satin textured finishes, it provides easy maintenance, soap-and-water cleanup, and long-lasting protection for high-traffic concrete surfaces.
