Description
Rust-Oleum Moisture Stop is a penetrating concrete treatment designed to block moisture from migrating up through concrete and masonry surfaces, allowing previously uncoatable floors and walls to be successfully finished. The water-based formula penetrates deep into cracks, pores, and capillaries, where it reacts with free calcium and moisture to form a gel barrier that helps prevent water intrusion from within the concrete. Ideal for both interior and exterior applications, Moisture Stop can be used on garage floors, basements, driveways, patios, walkways, retaining walls, pool decks, and cinder block walls. It also functions as a curing agent for newly poured concrete within the first 28 days. By strengthening and sealing concrete from the inside out, it prepares moisture-prone surfaces for staining, sealing, or coating while improving long-term durability.
