Zinsser Cover Stain Oil-Based White Spray Primer is an all purpose oil-based primer designed for interior and exterior applications. The formula provides excellent penetration, flexibility, adhesion, and stain blocking performance on a variety of surfaces. It adheres to dense glossy surfaces such as enamel paints, varnishes, laminates, paneling, and ceramic tile without sanding or deglossing. The high hiding finish helps block stains caused by nicotine, fire, smoke, and water damage. Fast drying performance allows recoating in as little as one hour.
