It blocks and seals stains caused by water, nicotine, smoke, tannin, pencil, ink, grease, and felt marker while helping seal odors. The primer adheres to hard-to-paint surfaces including glossy paint, glass, ceramic tile, railings, shutters, and outdoor furniture. Suitable for interior and exterior wood, concrete, drywall, and non-galvanized metal surfaces.
