Zinsser Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 Gray Oil-Based All Surface Primer Spray is a high performance primer designed for interior and exterior applications. The water based formula provides excellent stain blocking resistance while delivering strong adhesion to glossy surfaces. Its gray color helps improve the hide and coverage of rich or dark topcoat colors. The fast drying formula can be top coated in as little as 30 minutes and works with both oil and latex paints. The dried film is mold and mildew resistant for long lasting performance.
