Zinsser White Water-Based Mold Killing Primer is a water based EPA registered fungicidal protective coating designed to paint over and kill existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor causing bacteria, and other fungal organisms. The formula contains an EPA registered antimicrobial that helps prevent the growth of mold and mildew on the paint film. It also helps cover residual microbiological and fungal stains for a cleaner appearance. Suitable for interior and exterior non-porous surfaces, it can be used in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The primer works with any topcoat and is ideal for use with Zinsser PERMA-WHITE.
