Zinsser Cover Stain White Oil-Based Primer is an all-purpose oil-based primer designed for interior and exterior applications where oil-based performance is desired. The formula provides excellent penetration, flexibility, adhesion, and stain blocking properties. It adheres to dense glossy surfaces such as enamel paints, varnishes, laminates, paneling, and ceramic tile without sanding or deglossing. The high hiding finish helps block stains from nicotine, fire, smoke, water damage, and other common household stains. Fast drying performance allows recoating in as little as one hour.
