Zinsser Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 Gray Water-Based All Surface Primer is an all purpose, high performance water based primer for interior and exterior applications. The fast drying formula provides excellent stain blocking resistance and superior adhesion to glossy surfaces. Its gray color helps improve the hide and coverage of rich and dark topcoat colors. The primer seals porous surfaces to create a smooth, even finish and can be used under or over oil and latex architectural paints. The dried film is mold and mildew resistant for long lasting performance.
