Ready Seal READYremove Wood Stripper is a professional-strength, water-based stripping solution designed to remove existing coatings from exterior wood surfaces prior to refinishing. This highly alkaline formula dissolves and removes multiple layers of solid and semi-transparent stains, paints, varnish, clear finishes, and both oil-based and weathered latex coatings. READYremove is suitable for use on pressure-treated wood, cedar, redwood, and wood-plastic composite decking materials. It is commonly used on decks, fences, siding, outdoor furniture, play sets, and other exterior wood surfaces when applied according to label directions. Following stripping, surfaces should be neutralized with READYbright Wood Brightener to restore a more natural wood appearance and prepare the surface for staining.
