Zinsser WaterTite Professional Mold & Mildew Proof Waterproofing Paint is a heavy-duty coating designed to waterproof masonry surfaces while preventing mold and mildew growth on the paint film. This oil-based formula seals concrete, stucco, cement, and cinder block surfaces against water intrusion. It is engineered as a two-coat system, with the first coat sealing the surface and the second coat completing the waterproof barrier. The coating can be applied to wet or dry surfaces and withstands significant water pressure once fully cured. Suitable for interior and exterior use above or below grade, it delivers long-lasting protection for basements and foundations.
