Zinsser Bulls Eye Water Base Primer and Sealer is an acrylic primer and sealer designed for application to interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings and related paintable surfaces. It provides exceptional hiding ability while remaining low odor and easy soap and water cleanup. Advanced primer also allows for top coating within 1 hour and does not requires sanding prior to sanding.
