KILZ Kitchen & Bath Primer is a water-based primer-sealer-stain blocker engineered specifically for high-moisture, high-humidity residential environments including kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms, and laundry rooms. Formulated with an enhanced mildew-resistant film, it protects surfaces from mildew growth while delivering exceptional adhesion to most interior substrates. This fast-drying, low-odor formula effectively blocks medium to heavy stains, including felt marker, grease, ink, pencil, tannin and water stains, creating a sound anchor for topcoat paints. Its very low VOC composition and simple soap-and-water cleanup streamline application and maintenance. Not recommended for floor applications.
