A. You may purchase any 28 or 30-pound bag of Eukanuba dog food, and then send an attachment of your full receipt or order confirmation to sweepstakes@blainsupply.com. One bag of food is equal to one entry.

B. You may send a 4×6 Index card with your name, your dog’s name, phone number, and email address to 3507 E Racine St, Janesville, WI 53546. One card is equal to one entry.

All entries must be made by September 30th, 2023. If you are entering by mail, your entry must be postmarked by this date.
