Automotive Demo Days – July 28 & 29

On July 28th and 29th from 10 AM until 2 PM all 38 Blain’s Farm & Fleet store locations will be hosting an In-Store Automotive Tech Showcase Event. This event allows customers to watch live demonstrations and learn more about cutting edge automotive products sold at Blain’s Farm & Fleet. This year, our product demonstrations will showcase Schumacher battery boosters. Each attendee can sign up for a chance to win 1 set of 4 tires. We will be selecting four different winners who will either receive a set of Goodyear, Michelin, Cooper, or Pirelli tires. Plus, giveaway items will be handed out to everyone who shows up to the event.

What are Schumacher Battery Boosters?

Are you tired of going through the hassle of flagging someone down whenever your car battery dies? Do you even keep a set of jumper cables in your car? Have no fear, Schumacher portable battery boosters are here. This technology gives someone the ease to jump start their own vehicle, without having to ask for help. Depending on the model, you can jump start up to a V8 engine, charge your hand-held electronic devices, fill your car tires up with air, supply 120V of AC power, and even turn on an energy efficient ultra LED light. Head to your local Blain’s Farm & Fleet to watch how you hook up each battery booster and utilize all of the different features. We will specifically be showing 3 different types of Schumacher products at the event: Jump Starter + Portable Power (SJ1331 & SJ1332), Battery Charger Engine Starter (SC1361), and A Jump Starter + Power Pack (SL1314 & SL1314).

Jump Starter + Portable Power (SJ1331 & SJ1332):

This is the Schumacher battery booster that you need to bring along on your next camping trip. Both the Jump Starter + Portable Power SJ1331 & 1332 do much more than simply jump start your vehicle. They also are equipped with a built in USB port, 150 PSI air compressor, and an LED light. The SJ1331 model is a step below the SJ1332 model. The SJ1332 model can jump start up to a V8 engine as opposed to a V6, contains a high-low air inflator/deflator, and offers 120 V of AC power and 2 outlets to power small appliances and electrical devices.

Battery Charger Engine Starter (SC1361):

This unit is microprocessor controlled meaning it automatically adjusts the the amperage rate to charge and maintain your battery. This multi-stage charging feature allows for added precision, safety, and overall battery life. It provides 50A of electrical power which has enough strength to start up cars, SUV’s, and small trucks. As a safety feature, it has reverse hook up protection which means the charger will not operate if the clamps are reversed. The SC1361 is meant to replace your jumper cables and solely focuses on recharging/jump starting your car battery.

Jump Starter + Power Pack (SL1314 & 1317):

If you are looking for a sleek, portable charger that can recharge your phone and jump start your vehicle then this is the device for you. The Jump Starter + Power Pack can fit into your travel bag, backpack, or glove box. The portable power pack has multiple inputs where you can either insert a USB port to charge your mobile device or connect jumper cables to recharge your car battery. The SL 1314 is able to jump start 4 or 6 cylinder cars while the SL1317 can jump start 6 or 8 cylinder cars. It also comes with an LED display that’s easy to read and shows the battery capacity and input/output. You will never have to complain about a dead phone or car battery again!
