There’s nothing better during the summer than the smell of a grill, and the snap of the flame as you prepare your favorite recipe. And what better for y our summer feasts than America’s favorite pork chops. This recipe is quick, easy, and will have your guests’ mouths watering. This pork chops recipe serves four.

America’s Favorite Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
  • 3/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Spices of your choice

Instructions:

1. Marinating – Place all the ingredients in a freezer bag. Seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. If possible, let the pork chops marinate overnight to let the flavors really soak in. You can doctor up the marinade by adding your favorite spices. Chili powder, orange marmalade, grated ginger root or hot mustard are all great additions to this marinade.

2. Grilling – Remove the marinated pork chops from the freezer bag and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the pork chops over medium-high heat, turning once, until just done at 145° – 160° F. The cooking time will be approximately 8-10 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
