Dico Nyalox Cup Brush Gray 2.5 In 60 Grit Nylon 1/4 In Arbor

Description

The Dico 60 Grit Nyalox Cup Brush swaps steel wire for nylon bristles with aluminum oxide grit impregnated through their full length, so cutting action stays consistent as bristles wear. The 2.5 in. cup measures 2 in. deep and mounts to any standard drill through a 1/4 in. arbor, with no chuck adapter required. The brush is rated to 4,500 rpm. Gray marks the coarse tier in Dico's color-coded Nyalox lineup, the most aggressive grit offered, making it suited to metal work involving rust and old paint, with weld scale included. Crimped 0.030 in. nylon filaments hold their shape and will not puncture skin the way broken wire bristles can. Dico rates the brush to last up to 10 times longer than a traditional wire brush.
