Zinsser Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 is a high hide water-based primer and stain blocker designed for priming all surfaces. It provides a rust inhibitive coating on iron railings, steel frames, piping, and more. It resists the growth of mold and mildew in damp, humid environments and seals most porous surfaces. It is versatile enough to be applied to surfaces without sanding and in temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
