Description

Completely coated with fine diamond particles for working with hard materials. The diamond coating on the EZ545 Diamond Wheel adds durability and longevity, while producing smooth & fine cuts. Holes in the face of the wheel keep it cool during use. The Diamond Wheel features 1-1/2 In. (38.1mm) diameter making it ideal to cut, saw, and carve in hard materials such as marble, concrete, brick, porcelain, ceramics, hard epoxy, and soft or hardwood. The cutting wheel is designed with the patented EZ Lock system making accessory changes quick and easy. For use with the EZ402 mandrel.

• Do not run in excess of 20,000 rpm. Therefore, do not use with a Single-Speed MultiPro Rotary Tool or a Heavy-Duty Flex-Shaft Tool unless you use the #221 Foot Speed Control.
• For best results, insert the accessory bit all the way into the tool and then back it out slightly before tightening down. This provides plenty of shank for the collet or chuck to hold onto the bit.
