Description
Zirconia flap discs possess a Zirconia grit which enables 3X faster material removal than fiber resin metal sanding discs. The Zirconia flap discs include a premium abrasive cloth which provides up to 15X longer life than fiber resin metal sanding discs. The type 29 fiberglass backing provides optimal grinding angle of 10-25 degrees, allows full use of the disc, and won't mar the work piece. Applications include weld blending, removing weld slag, debarring, surface finishing and preparation, edge blending and chamfering.
