Description
Seal-Krete Original Waterproofing Primer/Sealer is a penetrating, water-based acrylic primer designed to seal, strengthen, and protect masonry surfaces while preparing them for paint. It penetrates deeply into brick, concrete, stucco, plaster, and mortar to bind chalky residue, strengthen weak surfaces, and buffer high pH in new cementitious materials. The low-odor, low-VOC formula goes on milky white and dries clear, leaving a subtle satin appearance while improving durability and appearance. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, this multi-purpose sealer revitalizes faded masonry, strengthens mortar joints, and improves paint adhesion. It can also be used as a paint additive to extend coverage and improve paint longevity or applied to horizontal surfaces for dustproofing and priming. With fast dry times and broad compatibility with latex, oil-based, and elastomeric topcoats, it delivers a reliable foundation for masonry and concrete projects.
