Miracle Sealants Satin Look 270 Sealer + Joint Stabilizer is an advanced urethane-fortified acrylic sealer designed to protect concrete, masonry, tile, and stone surfaces. It provides clear protection with a low-gloss satin finish while enhancing the appearance of treated surfaces. The self-crosslinking formula creates a dense, durable surface with excellent abrasion resistance, water resistance, and adhesion. UV-resistant, non-yellowing protection helps guard against surface wear, food and oil stains, salts, chemicals, and freeze/thaw damage. Anti-Algae Technology helps resist algae and mildew growth, while the sealer also stabilizes joint sand on paver installations.
