Description
A grab hook "grabs" a link in a chain and forms a defined loop that does not shrink when a load is applied. The hook can be attached to a length of chain with a mid-link, shackle, or quick link through the eye. Care should always be taken to ensure that the means of attaching a hook to a length of chain has a sufficient safe work load limit. Do not use for overhead lifting or exceed the Safe Working Load (SWL).
