Description

Hobart Welding Cable #2 Gauge is a premium product that utilizes multi-stranded copper and an EPDM insulation jacket to provide superior flexibility and a 600V rating. It is #2 AWG bare copper welding cable. Flame resistant, but meets the UL-1581 standards (better in the elements than battery cable). Ideal for cold weather applications.

Features

  • Multi-stranded, extremely flexible and often times used in demanding applications
  • Flexibility comes from fine strands of copper and EPDM insulation
  • Because of the finer strands, there is more copper per foot which allows for higher voltages (600V rated)
  • Welding cable is the best choice for applications where cable usability is important
  • Welding cable resists grease, oil and water and protects against cutting and tears
  • Flame resistant, but meets the UL-1581 standards (better in the elements than battery cable)
  • Ideal for cold weather applications

Specifications

  • #2 Gauge
  • Sold by the foot
  • Rated for power supply applications not to exceed 600V
  • Temperature rating -50 C to + 105 C
