Over 9,500 online shops in the U.S. were evaluated, and Farmandfleet.com placed in the top 20 of the Universal Provider Category, tying for 18th with Costco. The websites were assessed based upon 41 objective criteria and 10 subjective criteria on 7 dimensions. Plus, the research also included a nationwide survey of 8,000 American online shoppers.
