Shipping charges are based on the selected method, order subtotal (before discounts), and any applicable surcharges. Once an order is placed on farmandfleet.com, it begins processing immediately, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Additional charges may apply for items requiring special handling due to size or weight. These will appear in your cart after entering a shipping address. Sales tax is collected where applicable.

We ship only within the U.S. and cannot deliver to international or freight forwarding addresses.

Weather Related Shipping Delays: 

USPS, FedEx, and Blain’s Farm & Fleet do not guarantee or refund shipping for delays caused by extreme weather. For updates on rescheduled deliveries, please contact the shipper directly.

Return Policy

At Blain's Farm & Fleet, your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore, we’ve made our return policy hassle free. For help with returns, visit the Customer Service Desk at any Blain's Farm & Fleet store. For online purchases, returns are also accepted by mail. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 90 days, subject to exclusions. Returns without a receipt may have restrictions.

Does your policy include any return exceptions?
Returns on the following require manager review:

  1. Gas powered equipment
  2. Non-warranty repairs
  3. Merchandise such as: Ammunition, gift cards without a receipt, DNR licenses, service labor charges.
  4. Trading Cards

How will I be refunded?
You will receive a refund in the same form of payment used on the original purchase.

Can I return an item without a receipt?
If your receipt cannot be located, refunds will be issued as a gift card (non-redeemable for cash), and approved returns without a receipt will reflect the lowest sale price.

How can I return an online order?
You can return your online order directly to one of our stores or by mail. Complete the return form that accompanies your purchase and securely pack your merchandise in a sturdy box. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 210-2370. Federal law prohibits items that use flammable liquids or gas from being returned through the mail.

How can I cancel my online order?
To find out if your order is still able to be canceled, call our Customer Service Department at (800) 210-2370. 

Online Order Problems

Damaged items or mis-shipped items must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be reimbursed when an item is damaged or mis-shipped. Please contact our Customer Service department at (800) 210-2370 for instructions on how to return something that was damaged or mis-shipped.

Order Cancellations

Your order processing begins immediately upon submission of your order and depending on what stage your order is in; you may not be able to cancel it. To find out if your order is still able to be cancelled, please call our Customer Service department at (800) 210-2370.

Kindly be aware that for on-line orders of bees and chickens, cancellations are not permitted after the order by date listed on our website.  We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order thoroughly before submitting it.
