Specially designed for pushrod and flat-tappet engines, Valvoline VR1 Conventional Racing Oil includes friction modifiers to boost horsepower at high RPMs. Our exclusive formula features phosphorus and up to 2X more zinc to protect engines from wear in extreme conditions like motor sports. The race-proven motor oil delivers high-load carrying characteristics, enhanced anti-foaming and maximum resistance to thermal degradation, ensuring stability and excellent lubrication in high-compression motors. Compatible with gasoline and partial alcohol fuels in track and street service, VR1 is not recommended for use in vehicles with catalytic converters or in wet clutches.
