In addition to Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue for durability and less maintenance, this mix also contains heat- and drought-tolerant (once established) Premium Tall Fescue for dense, green cover and quick-growing Annual Ryegrass. With this grass seed mix, you'll see results in as few as 5 days! The ideal time for planting this grass seed mix is during the spring or fall seasons, when the average daily soil temperature stays consistently between 60 F and 75 F, or air temperature between 65 F and 85 F. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product, following recommended settings on the label. One 20 lb. bag has a new coverage of 1,665 sq. ft. and an overseeding coverage of 5,000 sq. ft.
