We guarantee to the original purchaser that our product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting directly or indirectly from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repairs or alterations, criminal acitvity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Some states may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.</p><p>This warranty is the sole warranty provided, replacing all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness. To avail of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with prepaid transportation charges. Proof of purchase date and a description of the issue must accompany the return. If our inspection confirms the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion. If a replacement cannot be readily provided, we may opt to refund the purchase price. We cover the return shipping costs for repaired products. However, if we find no defect or if the defect falls outside the scope of our warranty, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.</p><p>This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have additonal rights that vary depending on your state's laws.</p>
