Description
This lighter duty lever load binder is for tightening 1/8 in to 1/4 in size chain to secure lighter loads on smaller light duty trucks. DOT compliant with a SWL of 375 lb (170 kg). One of the two wire-formed hooks rotates 360 for easy and secure attachment.
