Description

Cabbage like flavor abounds from numerous tender, small heads which mature in succession. Brussels Sprouts are high in vitamin C and low in calories. Plants will develop 20 in. to 24 in. tall and produce dark-green, firm 1 in. to 1 in. round sprouts. The strong stalks make this variety easy to harvest. When sprouts reach 1 in. or more in diameter, begin harvest with lower sprouts and work up the stalk.
