Ferry Morse Organic Jalapeno Mild Pepper

Description

If you're sensitive to pungent peppers, this is a milder Jalapeno with all the flavor, but not nearly as warm. Developed by Texas A and M University, this variety is tolerant to potato virus Y. The fruits change from deep green to bright red at maturity and they should be picked green for mildest taste. Use in salsa, sauces, pickling or any dishes that normally call for hot jalapenos.
