Description

This variety of pepper will produce large fruits, 6 in. to 8 in. L, that have a medium hot flavor. At maturity they will change from a deep green color to a brilliant red. Anaheim Chili peppers are very popular for drying. They are excellent if eaten fresh or pickled.
