Our Clemson Spineless Okra matures to fleshy, ribbed pods are very tender when picked at 3 in. long. This variety is great in Cajun dishes or when fried or boiled by itself. You will have heavy production with regular picking. Pick pods when they become 3 in. to 4 in. long. If they are allowed to become mature, plants will stop producing.
