Description

This variety of Cauliflower is an early and superior variety for the home garden. Dwarf plants will erect outer leaves that produce "snowball-white", 6 in. to 7 in. heads with smooth tight curds of delicate flavor. Low in fat content and a good source of vitamins A and C. It has a long harvest period and is best for fall crops.
