Our Chantenay variety of carrot has a rich color, is sweet, crunchy and has a thick flesh that makes this an ideal home garden carrot. At maturity is will be about 5-1/2 in. long. It performs very well in heavy soils. Carrots is 1 of nature's sources of vitamin A.
