This variety of Broccoli, Green Sprouting, is a Italian heirloom that has 5 in. to 8 in. heads with plentiful side shoots. A dark-green, close beaded bluish green central head that is high in vitamins. The large head also furnishes an abundance of side shoots. A cool weather vegetable low in calories.
