Description
HIC Kitchen's Grande Empanada Press creates large-capacity empanadas that hold more meat, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and other delicious fillings. Create perfect dumplings, appetizers, calzones, stromboli, desserts, pastries, pocket sandwiches, turnovers and more. It cuts and seals dough for making authentic empanadas and other pocket foods. And, the large-capacity pocket holds a generous amount of delicious ingredients. Makes 5-inch x 5.5-inch empanadas. So easy to use. For perfect pocket pastries, simply roll out dough to desired thickness. Use the flat edge of the Empanada Press to cut a perfect circle of dough. Turn the press over, lay the cut dough over the teeth, and gently form a well in the center. Spoon filling into the well, moisten dough edges with water, and fold the press closed to crimp and seal the pastry. Bake, fry, or steam the filled pastry according to the recipe.
