The Kennebec Kennel is the original tough and long-lasting dog kennel created by Dakota 283, manufactured using the same process used to make industrial-strength military cases. The walls are tough and rugged to absorb impact while the corners remain virtually impervious to crushing, cracking, and other damage. The deep and wide interior is large enough to hold most dogs and other similarly sized animals. By design, the carrier fits the rear interior of most trucks, SUVs, and hatchbacks (that are 48 inches wide or more). The plastic easily rinses clean, and the small holes in the corners allow for easy drainage. There's plenty of air circulation, too, and thanks to the double-hinged door, access is never a problem. Two large grip-handles on top make lifting and maneuvering the Kennebec a snap. The Kennebec Kennel also can be mounted to the Dakota 283 Badlands Vault hunting and storage case— the perfect combo for hunters using dogs in the field.
