Description

An attractive and delicious vegetable used similarly to spinach. Crimson-colored stalks somewhat resemble rhubarb in color and shape. Dark green leaves are slightly rumpled. Easy to grow and high in vitamin content. Garden Tip: Can be grown in containers, borders, or vegetable gardens. For extended harvest, start cutting outer leaves when plant is about 8" tall. New leaves will grow from the center.
