Poblano Pepper can be used for grilling, stir- frying, or stuffing. A heart-shaped pepper called Poblano when fresh and Ancho when dried. A mildly-hot Ancho is used in chili powder. Poblano starts out dark green and becomes deeper when mature. An excellent chile pepper to add to your garden!
