Livingston Seed Mammoth Dill

Description

Dill is not only beautiful, but it is easy to grow. The seed is used as a pickling spice, and the leaves are used fresh in salads and as garnishes. Dill is delicious with fish, lamb, pork, poultry, cheese, eggs and vegetables. To harvest Dill, cut leaves close to the stem either early in the morning or in the evening. To collect the seed, cut the stem so it can be hung and dried in a dark place. Spread paper or a bag underneath to catch seed.
