• Temperature indicator Knob: Helps monitor the canning process with precision based on temperature.
• Glass lid: See-trough lid to monitor your canning process closely. Not recommended for use on the oven.
• The porcelain surface is naturally non-stick and will not alter the color, taste or nutritional value of your food. There is no PTFE, PFOA or other unhealthy chemical in our products.
• 2x Enameled Steel resists up to 932 F, which allow you to use it widely indoor & outdoor. It is oven-safe, can be used in most stoves and placed directly on fire.
