Description
The LEM Original Jerky Cannon gives home cooks a sturdy, high-capacity tool for making jerky strips and snack sticks from ground meat. The cannon is built around an anodized aluminum barrel rather than the plastic tubes common on competing models, and the barrel holds 1-1/2 pounds of meat per load for fewer refills during big batches. Flared openings at each end of the barrel speed up loading, and the heavy-duty drive assembly provides smooth, consistent pressure throughout each push. The included stainless steel nozzles handle two formats: flat strips for jerky and round shapes for snack sticks. Each nozzle locks on with a simple half-turn of the retaining ring, and a cleaning brush comes in the box to simplify maintenance between uses.
