The heavy-duty lift jar rack is included and will hold seven standard 1-quart, nine 1-pint, or twelve half-pint jars. The tempered glass lid allows visibility of products being cooked. The easy jar lift rack is designed to sit on the side of the pot so the jars can be loaded easily and then lowered into the canner.
