Most orders will be ready in just one hour! We will contact you by email or text to let you know when your order is ready. Please wait for your pick up confirmation email or text before coming to the drive thru. Thank you for your patience.

How long will you hold my order at the store?

Your order will be available for pick up for up to 3 days past the order date. After that time the order may be subject to cancellation.

When will I get charged for my order?

You must pay for your items during the online checkout process. However, the payment will not deduct from your account until your order has been picked up.

Can somebody else pick up my order?

Yes, someone else can pick up your order. Just make sure they specify whose order they are picking up.

Can I select certain items to pick up and have others shipped?

Yes, you can select how you would like to receive each item in your shopping cart, whether it be "Drive Thru Pickup", "Shipped" or Same Day Local Delivery.

How do I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up, and you will receive a SMS message confirming your order (if you elect to receive SMS messages).

Can I cancel my order pickup?

Yes, contact the pickup store and they will process the cancellation.

Is there extra cost to buy products online and pick them up at the drive thru?

No, there is no charge for our Drive Thru Pickup option.

Can I use promo codes on an order I buy online and pick up at the drive thru?

Yes, you can enter in a promo code and pay with a gift card when buying a product online and picking it up at the drive thru. You do this during the final steps of the online checkout process.

Why are some products not available at my local store?

Product availability and stock status may vary based on your store due to the needs of the community. Customer demographics vary from community to community; therefore, not all items are stocked at all stores. You can always order them online at www.farmandfleet.com.

Can I change my pickup store after my order has been placed?

No, unfortunately, you are unable to change the pickup store. Contact the original pick up location store and they will cancel your order. You will then need to place a new order on www.farmandfleet.com or call Customer Service at 1-800-210-2370.
