If you choose to have your session in-person, we ask that you adhere to our COVID-19 Guidelines outlined below:
- If you are not vaccinated and have traveled commercially, you must quarantine for 2 weeks or provide a negative test result.
- On May 13, the CDC announced that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting, except where required by federal, state, local, laws, rules and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated as follows:
- Two weeks after their second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
- OR two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
- As of Monday, May 24, 2021, Blain’s Supply will no longer require fully vaccinated employees, vendors, or visitors to wear a mask or remain 6 feet apart from others. Proof of vaccination will be required, as allowed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
- Because the safety of our associates remains our number one priority, those in the process of becoming fully vaccinated and those who remain unvaccinated are still required to wear a mask and maintain physical distancing while in the building. Fully vaccinated individuals may continue to follow masking and physical distancing protocols if they so choose.
- We continue to ask that all individuals who are sick stay home so that they do not impact the health of our associates.
