  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 C. mashed, cooked pumpkin
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 3 C. Chicken broth
  • 1/2 C. Half and Half

Instructions

  1. Pull out your Kay Dee Designs Recipe towel and suggested materials before you get started. Be sure to have all ingredients on hand.
  2. Brown onion in pan with butter.
  3. Add mashed pumpkin along with all other seasonings (salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar).
  4. Slowly add the chicken broth and heat thoroughly. Be sure to not let boil.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the half and half.
